With your feet only a few inches
apart, take a dumbbell in each hand. Step forward with
one foot, keeping your back straight as you lunge toward
the floor. Your front knee should be at a 45-degree
angle as your back heel should roll off the floor. Then,
exploding off the ground, switch your legs in midair
and land with your opposite foot on the floor. Repeat
the motion for a set of 10 (on each leg).
